XDEYE is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment that promotes effective communication, encourages a professional attitude, and prohibits all forms of harassment. This policy outlines our expectations for employee and client behaviour in these areas and establishes procedures for reporting and addressing violations.

1. Effective Communication

Respectful Communication: Employees are expected to communicate with respect and professionalism, both in written and verbal interactions. Offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful language is strictly prohibited.

Active Listening: Employees should actively listen to their colleagues, supervisors, and clients, valuing their input and ideas.

Timely and Transparent Communication: Timely responses to work-related communications, including emails, and requests for information, are essential for maintaining effective communication.

Conflict Resolution: Employees should attempt to resolve conflicts and disagreements in a constructive and respectful manner, seeking assistance from HR, Legal or management if necessary.

2. Attitude and Professionalism

Positive Attitude: Employees are encouraged to maintain a positive attitude towards their work, colleagues, and the organization as a whole. Negative attitudes, including gossip and spreading rumours, are discouraged.

Teamwork: Collaboration and teamwork are vital to our success. Employees are expected to work together, support one another, and contribute positively to the team’s goals.

Conflict of Interest: Employees must disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect their impartiality or objectivity in performing their job duties.

3. Harassment Prevention

Prohibition of Harassment: XDEYE has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, and retaliation.

Reporting Harassment: Any employee who experiences or witnesses harassment should report it immediately to their supervisor, HR, or any member of management. Reports can be made confidentially, and no employee will face retaliation for reporting harassment in good faith.

Investigation and Resolution: XDEYE will promptly investigate all harassment complaints in a fair and confidential manner. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against individuals found to have engaged in harassment.

Training: All employees will receive training on harassment prevention and awareness, ensuring a clear understanding of the company’s policies and procedures.

4. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. XDEYE reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if a violation of this policy also constitutes a violation of the law.

5. Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Updates may be made as needed to align with changing laws, regulations, or company needs.

Client Communication and Attitude Policy

Departmental Contact

Clients are required to direct all issues, questions, or support tickets to the appropriate department for prompt and efficient resolution.

Professional and Respectful Communication

Client communication should consistently maintain a professional, respectful, and threat-free tone.

Respect for Departmental Assignments

Clients should not compel departments to undertake tasks beyond their assigned responsibilities.

Attitude and Speech Standards

Negative attitudes or disrespectful speech will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of a project without a refund.

Respect for Privacy and Employee Roles

Clients must adhere to company privacy policies and respect the roles and positions of employees.
