This document outlines the terms, policies, and responsibilities related to the
use of XDEYE software and system transfer to external servers

– XDEYE reserves the right to provide default WordPress website pages and posts while removing any custom source code create by the XDEYE Team. During the transfer process, XDEYE will not offer assistance, bug fixes, or security support for the system. The client and the new server team will be solely responsible for the transfer and its associated tasks.

– XDEYE will send ZIP file for complete website and database for migration.

XDEYE Secure Transfer
We offer a secure paid transfer service to all clients. The service is available at a cost of $3,500 and can be completed within 30 business days.

Responsibilities
If the client agrees to the terms and decides to move the system to an external server:

• XDEYE will not be responsible for fixing any bugs or providing updates.
• XDEYE will offer assistance through paid service requests as needed.

Sales Opportunity
We offer a comprehensive system and its source code, which can be utilized on multiple websites. With the purchase of a partner license, administrators will receive assistance and training from XDEYE. It is crucial to maintain the copyright notice intact and unaltered, ensuring proper credit for the source code.

Pricing with Upfront Payment Options: Move you website + Custom Code. Complete working website

• $6,000: Use the system on up to 1 website.
• $10,000: Utilize the system on up to 2 websites.
• $50,000: Enjoy unlimited website usage of the system.

Legal Action
XDEYE may take legal action against companies that breach the contract or violate the agreed-upon terms.

Before moving your website or using XDEYE software on external servers, it is essential to thoroughly read and understand these terms. By proceeding with the installation and use of XDEYE software, you indicate your full acceptance and compliance with these terms of use.
