Strict confidentiality agreements bind our employees, and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination.

15- Payment Policy
Usually, the XDEYE team sends a proposal to the client; after accepting this proposal, we will provide a full details worksheet explaining the complete project agreement.
The XDEYE payment policy is the following:
– A deposit of 25% will be required upon proposal acceptance.
– Payment of 50% upon signing the worksheet. (The project won’t commence unless we receive 75% of the total value, considering the unique XDEYE work stages.).
– Payment of 25% upon completion.
– Kindly be aware that our development fees are non-refundable, as they are tied to real-time teamwork.

16- Modifications
This Privacy Policy may be amended periodically to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we may notify users by email of changes to this Privacy Policy.
